Current Weight: 177 lbs
Weight Lost to date: 23 lbs
I actually feel great! I feel smaller and not near as big as I was earlier. I look back at pictures of me when I was pregnant and right after birth and I can tell I have lost some weight. I just need to make sure I keep eating healthy and exercising. I finally got a jogging stroller, but it has flat tires so now I need to get those fixed before I can use it jogging.

Losing the Pregnancy Weight
Okay, so I started this website a long time ago and I decided that because I have internet at home, I have time to get it going again. I have gained too much during the last pregnancy and it is time for it to go! I want to be a cute-stylish mom with a baby, not a mom who looks like she's having another one. I teach dance and would like to be in shape to be able to do all the dance moves and I would like my husband to come home to something decent again.
So here we go... Here are my rules:
1. I will write at least once a week and update my weight.
2. I will exercise at least 4 times a week and rest no less than 2 days a week.
3. I will blog my eating habits, how much water I consume and how I felt with the diet for that day.
Why did you gain so much weight?
Well I had something come into my life called a baby. Along with the baby, I gained some poundage. (A number which shall never be spoken... 40lbs)
How much weight do you want to lose?
I want to lose at least the 40 lbs I have gained, but most importantly, I just want to feel fit again. I'm not so worried about feeling skinny as feeling good about myself. I'm sure the two will coincide eventually though.
How will you workout with a baby?
Working out with a new baby in the house is a tricky thing. Right now, I have been doing my Wii Fit workouts. I used it 2 weeks ago and lost about 7 lbs in 1 week. (Pretty good) But then I gained 3 back in the 1 week I did not workout. When I get the chance, (on rare occasion) I will go running or head to the gym to use the tredmill and the lifting machines.
What kind of diet will you have?
Dieting will be the hardest thing for me. I feel that when I am home, I eat, almost non-stop. So either I need to stop my extra eating, or I need to change the foods I am eating. Right now, I am living off of chicken or turkey sandwiches, yogurt, crackers with peanut butter, crackers with cottage cheese and milk with a little chocolate mixed in when I need a sugar fix.
